You don’t have to find yourself. You only need to remember who you were before the world broke you down and you began to doubt yourself.
You’re probably tired of hearing me say this, but it bears repeating until it seeps into the consciousness of every single person: You already know who you are and what you want. Throughout our lives we collect more information about how to navigate the world around us, but during this time, the overwhelming majority of become disconnected to themselves, having a harder time voicing their wants and needs until their inner voice becomes so silent that they becomes convinced that they just don’t know themselves at all. As a life coach, I have the unique honour and privilege of navigating people back to themselves. Neither I or anyone else can tell you who you are; but with the right support, adequate tools, time, and the right questions, you can pull back the curtain and reveal your inner light. It’s never too late to get reacquainted wit yourself.
